We are seeking a candidate with a strong design-focused background, where creativity and
visual communication are key components of the role. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a closely related field.
This is a 12-month internship position, designed to provide hands-on experience in design
execution and brand development, making it ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to
build practical industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create visually appealing and engaging digital and print designs aligned with brand
guidelines.
• Develop marketing collateral, including social media graphics, advertisements,
brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualise and execute creative
campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all design outputs.
• Edit and enhance images and layouts for various platforms.
• Stay up to date with design trends and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
o Adobe InDesign
o Adobe Photoshop
• Basic to intermediate design experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing
creative work.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes:
• Exposure to digital marketing principles and online campaign design.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Good communication and time management skills.
