Terms of Use
- The website terms and conditions shall apply to the users of this website, who shall use the site to seek potential employment opportunities.
- MANCOSA reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time and the users/applicants are encouraged to review the terms and conditions regularly. The user’s continued use of this website following the update will be considered as the user’s acceptance and intention to be bound by these terms and conditions, including such changes or updates.
Privacy
- The Applicant hereby gives MANCOSA permission to process my personal information as defined in Section 1 of the Protection of Personal Information Act (No. 4 of 2013) ("POPIA"). The Applicant acknowledges that MANCOSA shall process the information under the following circumstances:
  - 1 for any legitimate purpose related to assisting me with finding my potential employment, which shall include but not limited to maintaining personal contact details, to comply with applicable labour legislation, occupational health and safety laws, verification of employment and conducting reference checks.
  - to protect MANCOSA’s legitimate interests;
  - to protect the legitimate interests or to pursue the legitimate interests of MANCOSA or of a third party to whom the information is supplied.
- For purposes of this clause, "processing" shall be as defined in Section 1 of POPIA, which includes but not limited to collecting, collating, storing, updating, retrieving, altering, using, disseminating, distributing, merging, or destroying of any personal information.

- The Applicant warrants that any personal information provided by them to MANCOSA shall at all times be true, correct and accurate; and acknowledge that should they provide inaccurate and/or misleading personal information such an act shall constitute a serious offence.
- The Applicant hereby gives MANCOSA consent to retain their personal information in their database for future matching and employment opportunities.
- In the event that the Applicant longer wants MANCOSA to retain the Applicant’s information, the Applicant shall email MANCOSA to unsubscribe from the service and MANCOSA shall reasonably delete the details from their database.
- MANCOSA undertakes to take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of the Applicant and shall implement internal controls to prevent the information from unauthorised access.
Intellectual Property

The Applicant acknowledges that all the designs and trademarks found on this website are MANCOSA intellectual property which shall not be used without prior written consent from MANCOSA. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs thereof. Should the Applicant be found to be in violation of this provision, MANCOSA reserves the right to institute civil action or any legal action deems fit.

Availability

MANCOSA shall endeavour and employ all reasonable measures to make the website available, however, MANCOSA makes no warranty or representation as to the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the content of the website. The Applicant waives and renounces all rights/claims of whatever nature that you may have against MANCOSA for any loss they may suffer, as a result of the unavailability of the website and information supplied by MANCOSA on the website.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.

Severability

Should any term listed hereunder be found to be invalid, unlawful, and unenforceable, such provision will be severed from this Agreement and the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

No Agreement

The contents of this website shall be construed to create an agreement between MANCOSA and the user of the website.
