As a Financial Assessor, you’ll be the first port of call for clients who need financial assistance, and who express an interest in our services. First, you will gather their information and then you’ll provide them with an initial/light assessment of their financial position and educate them about how we can help them with our solutions.

You will work alongside young, dynamic, and innovative professionals to make a real difference in South Africans’ lives and get the chance to learn and develop your career, through access to bursaries for study, and personal development programs. Ultimately progressing into the Financial Consultant role within 6-12 months, where you will receive extensive training for the role.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients who have made inquiries with the company to gather information about their financial situation.
  • Assessing client financial information to determine their financial position.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Manage consumer engagements on our various platforms and/or Outbound Channels.
  • Provide excellent customer service and manage client expectations accordingly.
  • Transfer eligible consumers to our expert Financial Consulting team to complete a thorough assessment.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Relevant Financial Industry Bachelor's degree/National Diploma.
  • No work experience needed (We onboard and train)

Requirements:

  • Relevant Financial Industry Bachelor's degree/National Diploma.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Motivated to grow into the Financial Consulting team.
  • Experience in a customer service or previous sales role will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
