Desired qualification
Relevant qualification in Human Resources or related field.
Administrative experience would be advantageous.

- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help prepare HR documents (contracts, offer letters, employee files)
- Ensure proper filing (digital and physical records
- Assist with onboarding of new staff
- provide switchboard relief when needed
- welcome and escort visitors from reception area
