Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations and Strategy Coordinator to join our team. This role will support our executive leadership across multiple industries, including mining, property development, and civil infrastructure development. The ideal candidate is ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment. This position requires frequent travel within the African continent.
Key Responsibilities:
-Operations Support: Assist the CEO with daily operational tasks, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
-Project Coordination: Be involved in various projects, helping to plan, execute, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion.
-Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact between the executive team and internal/external partners, preparing reports, presentations, and emails.
-Data Organization: Keep important documents, records, and databases organized and secure, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
-Event Organization: Coordinate company meetings, conferences, and other key events.
-Research, Insights + Problem Solving: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and markets to support strategic decision-making.
-Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel for the CEO and other executives to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
-Education: Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
-Experience: No formal experience is required, but internships or part-time roles in business or project management are a plus.
Skills:
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
-High level of professionalism and discretion.
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
