Key Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Office Operations: Coordinate office activities, maintain tidy reception areas, and manage office equipment maintenance.
  • Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence; prepare reports, memos, and invoices
  • Scheduling and Travel: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Track and order office supplies and stationery.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain databases, records, and files, including personnel or financial data.
  • Support Functions: Assist with HR tasks (onboarding) and support other departments with clerical duties.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record of good University results.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
