Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Office Operations: Coordinate office activities, maintain tidy reception areas, and manage office equipment maintenance.
- Administrative Support: Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence; prepare reports, memos, and invoices
- Scheduling and Travel: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Track and order office supplies and stationery.
- Data Management: Update and maintain databases, records, and files, including personnel or financial data.
- Support Functions: Assist with HR tasks (onboarding) and support other departments with clerical duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record of good University results.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff and clients.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent multitasking, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
