We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Graduate to join our dynamic finance team in Johannesburg. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience and build a solid foundation in various aspects of financial management, accounting, and business analysis.

Requirements:

1. BComm Or Accounting Sciences degree or related
2. A desire to build a career in Finance and Accounting
3. Basic IT/ai/programming skills
4. 0 to 2 years post degree work /volunteer/project experience
5. Must be very confident/optimistic and super eager to learn and grow. Must have an energetic ”can do” attitude.
6. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
7. Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
8. Perform reconciliations and financial data analysis.
9. Help ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
10. Participate in audits and assist with documentation.
11. Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
12. Assist with variance analysis and financial modelling.
13. Conduct research to support financial strategies and decisions.
14. Work cross-functionally with other departments to gather and analyse data.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

    • Strong academic record.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling (advantageous).

    • Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

    • High attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
