Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Intern to support our logistics and procurement operations. This role is ideal for candidates currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field. You will assist in inventory control, supplier coordination, order processing, and data reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in tracking and managing inventory levels
Help process purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules
Support vendor and supplier communications
Maintain accurate records in supply chain databases and ERP systems
Participate in procurement planning and sourcing activities
Assist in preparing reports on key supply chain metrics (e.g., lead times, stock levels)
Coordinate with other departments (warehouse, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements in logistics and purchasing
Requirements:
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
