Company Overview
Stefanutti Stocks (PTY) Ltd- Western Cape is a dynamic construction company committed to
innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a motivated and
technically inclined IT Intern to support our IT operations across construction sites and office
environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st line end-user support to site and office staff (hardware, software, and
connectivity).
Assist with setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, printers, scanners,
and other Office/Site devices.
Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets within agreed SLAs
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding (accounts, devices, access).
Assist to maintain IT asset registers and documentation.
Provide on-site support at project or site offices when required.
Assist with system upgrades, backups, and data management.
Minimum Requirements
Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in IT, Information Systems,
Computer Science, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
Good communication skills and ability to work with non-technical users.
Valid driver’s license and own car(advantageous).
Willingness to work in a construction site environment.
