Purpose of the job:
As a Brand & Communication and Marketing Graduate, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the brand image, driving marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement within the automotive industry.

Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields.

As a Brand & Communication and Marketing Graduate, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the brand image, driving marketing initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement within the automotive industry.
Role and Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Write and Edit communication materials such as press releases, articles, newsletters, and reports.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in messaging.
Channel Management:
- Oversee communications channels (social media, email newsletters)
Monitoring and Analysis:
- Analyze and report on market intelligence, adapting communication strategies accordingly.
Direct Marketing:
- Implement direct marketing programs for existing brand-registered consumers through online/offline events
Graphic Design:
- Support home office initiatives using graphic design skills for special events and sales meetings.
Advertising and New Media:
- Develop and recommend advertising and new media strategies to enhance brand awareness and sell-through.
- Maximize brand exposure across different media channels while integrating with other marketing elements.
Brand Health:
- Ensure execution excellence of category and brand plans.
- Monitor brand health KPIs, including brand momentum, Net Promoter Score, spontaneous purchase intent, and conversion rates.
Stakeholder Management:
- Actively manage relationships with external stakeholders, including press, stylists, journalists, and influencers.
- Coordinate employee newsletters, meetings, and staff briefings
- Foster transparency and engagement
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Human Resources) to align all efforts.Skills:
