MANCOSA’s Career Centre has strategically created opportunities for both the unemployed and employed student/ alumni that allows these students and alumni to either become employable or advance their career paths.
The Career Centre supports students and Graduates to develop their skills most demanded by the job market, whilst helping them identify opportunities in sectors that have the greatest growth potential.
What does the Career Centre offer?
MANCOSA has created a Community of students and alumni and offers access to our Career Centre which affords opportunities to a live jobs board, expert led webinars, industry advice, recruitment agency engagement sessions and informal mentorship. In addition to this, students can apply to be part of the formal mentorship programme where they can increase their critical workplace skills through group and individual sessions.MANCOSA continuously makes efforts to partner with small businesses, corporates, entrepreneurs, and recruitment agencies to discuss current trends and knowledgeable topics to boost one’s career progression. These partnerships also allow students and alumni to have sight of new roles available in diverse industries and engagement with industry leaders during career hours.
