Job Description

Generate a report to review store sales that did not push through the previous day and inform the IT department when such occurs.

Daily counts: Evaluate the store stock file to ensure merchandised stock is balancing.

urgent orders/store orders — filter out merchandise re-order categories on the DC stock movement to cancel items on orders that are out of stock or discontinued.

Competitor pricing Review the report with the purpose of identifying the gap market from our competitors, the report is channeled to the Procurement department for further analysis.

Record and prepare reports of payments to relevant suppliers.

Record and prepare reports for daily financial transactions of payments and expenses.

Opening and Closing report — Store security system report record that is used to survey trading hours.

Promoters and Merchandiser register — Record of promoters and merchandisers allocated to stores, inspecting attendance times & absenteeism.

Collation of displays — Request images from the store för monthly active promotions and send to Procurement.

Negative listing — Balance all items that are negative on the store system to balance the stores stock file. Monthly calendar — Draft calendar and allocate daily and monthly tasks for all departments accordingly.

Stock take schedule — Draft stock take schedule for Operations, DC admin and finance department.

Consumables order - Review and Vat store stationery order and channel to consumables department.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • 3-6 months experience – nice to have
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration

Competencies:

  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good Computer skills (must have knowledge of MS Office)
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good verbal communication, Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Recently certified ID and qualifications.
  • Must have completed a degree or diploma in business administration (and have qualification certificates)
  • Must be able to commit to 18 months.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Must be between 18 -30 years old
  • Must be living In phoenix, kwamashu, inanda or surrounding.
